There are three ways you can register for a race (listed below).
To register, we require only the name and full contact information
for the team captain. The remaining information for each team will
be collected at a later date.
ONLINE: Register using this
on-line
registration form. Complete all required information on
the registration form and submit it by pressing the "SUBMIT''
button at the bottom. Your form will be sent to our office immediately
and time stamped. Your registration will be processed in order according
to the time stamp we receive with it. You will then receive an email
with confirmation of your status in the race. You may only register
for one race on each submission (but you may submit as many registrations
as you like).
FAX: Print out and fax us this
printable form (PDF Format) to 416.783.4035. Your registration
will be processed in order according to the time stamped on it by
our fax machine. You will then receive a phone call confirming your
status in that race.
PHONE: Call us at 416.783.4464 and provide all of the required information (listed on the printable
form) to us over the phone or leave your full name, phone number
and the race you would like to register in on our voicemail. Your
registration will be processed in order according to the time we
answer the call or the time stamped by our voicemail system. You
will then receive a phone call back confirming your status in that
race.
IMPORTANT: Submitting your registration form will only hold
your registration for five business days, if there are spots available.
Your registration will not become official until we receive your
non-refundable deposit of $680 CDN for a Raid the North
race (including the Series Championship race) within five business days of registering.
If the deposit has not been received within five business days,
the spot will be forfeited. You will receive an email or phone call
to confirm the receipt of your deposit when it arrives in our office.
NOTE: Although non-refundable, deposits are transferrable to another Raid the North event within the same year with an administrative charge of $50 CDN. Fees are not transferrable within 6 weeks of the event dates. The balance payment of
$1000 CDN is due six weeks before the race.
Please make all cheques or money orders payable to Frontier Adventure
Racing Inc. and indicate team captain's name and race.
